- Digital payments may qualify for a 5% checkout discount during promotional periods.

Payment Policy
Accepted payment methods and security practices at SPLARO Bangladesh.
Clause 02
Cash on Delivery
- Pay the courier in cash when your order arrives.
- Please keep exact change where possible.
- COD is available for orders up to BDT 25,000 in most areas.
Clause 03
Mobile banking
- After selecting bKash or Nagad at checkout, follow the on-screen instructions to complete payment to SPLARO's merchant account.
- Orders are confirmed once payment is verified — usually within 15 minutes.
Clause 04
Card payments
- Card transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
- SPLARO does not store full card numbers. 3-D Secure authentication may be required for your bank.
Clause 05
Failed payments
- If a digital payment fails but funds are deducted, contact your provider first, then email support@splaro.co with transaction ID.
- We will release or confirm your order once verified.
Clause 06
Invoices
- A VAT invoice is included with every delivery and available for download from your account.
- Business purchases requiring additional documentation may request a formal invoice via email.
